Useful Evaluations Camp

The Useful Evaluations Camp was hosted on two occasions to bookend the Useful Evaluations Project. This project gathered non-profit leaders from across Ontario to consider the meaning, purpose, and future of evaluation. Boost Innovations was thrilled to act as Space Host for these events!

YMCA Development Day

The YMCA Newcomer Services department hired Boost Innovations to organise and facilitate their professional development day. Boost Innovations, in partnership with Heenal Rajani, developed a comprehensive schedule of events to foster relaxation, connection, and a sense of well-being among staff.

Social Innovation Challenge

Social Innovation Challenges are gatherings that inspire social innovators to collaborate and launch their social ideas. These are hugely impactful as they become part of an ecosystem and are supported by local collaborators through their time, advice, and connections. Boost Innovations partnered with Edge to develop, host, and facilitate this incredible event in our own space at Emmanuel United!

Beer Science Trivia & Board Games Night

This FUNdraiser for March for Science was a night of science-themed trivia & board games. We had awesome prizes, food, and drinks donated by our sponsors. Boost Innovations organised and hosted this event in partnership with Evidence for Democracy Windsor, and Science City.

YMCA Wellness Retreat

The YMCA team were so satisfied with our Development Day they hired us again to create and host a Wellness Retreat for the Service Canada team. This retreat was focused on reflection, connection, self-care and wellness in their often demanding work. This retreat was relaxing, enjoyable and full of good food, great company, outdoor activities and a beautiful location. A resounding success developed and hosted by Boost Innovations & Heenal Rajani

Hubster Hangouts

Boost Innovations regularly hosts Hubster Hangouts as a fun, informal way for social innovators to connect, chat, gain ideas and advice, and network. These hangouts spawned from the awesome connections made at the Social Innovation Challenge!

100in1Day

100in1Day is a People-Powered Festival: 100+ “urban interventions” all across London, all on one day, led by all kinds of people.. We believe that together we can act for a better world. Inspire yourself and give something to your city, we can all be active citizens. Boost Innovations was excited to join the organising team for 100in1Day London!
